Support system improvements / Miglioramenti servizio di supporto
 
Up to now, there have been two critical areas for our support service: moving teams out of user-created leagues and adding/removing league managers.

Thanks to the reworking of some internal procedures, we can now offer a faster service for the above mentioned support areas.

All of the pending requests will be worked on today.

Fino ad ora, ci sono state due aree critiche per il nostro servizio di supporto: spostare le squadre al di fuori delle leghe di appartenenza, gestite da altri utenti, nonché l'aggiunta o rimozione di manager di lega.

Grazie al rifacimento di alcune procedure interne, possiamo ora offrire un servizio più veloce per le sopracitate aree di supporto.

Tutte le richieste ancora pendenti saranno evase oggi.
